Job-Based Billing

Job Creation: Every job created in Trak costs 1 credit or 1 dollar. This fee is incurred at the time the job is created, regardless of its duration or complexity.
Additional Charges: Using features like sub-jobs or sharing jobs with contractors also incurs the same 1 credit or dollar fee per job.
SMS Charges: If you opt to send SMS notifications, they cost 10 cents each.

Managing Billing Details

Billing Overview:
- Access your billing details under your company name in the top right corner.
- Navigate to the billing tab to view your current credits, manage credit card details, and top-up quantities.
  Auto Top-Up:
- Set up auto top-up for credits to ensure seamless operation. When your credit balance drops below a specified threshold, Trak automatically tops up your account to a predefined level using your registered payment method.
  Billing History:
- View your billing history to track credit usage and access receipts. This information is also emailed to your preferred billing email address for comprehensive record-keeping.
