    • Previously, users had to manually apply filters each time they accessed these pages, which could be time-consuming.

How Custom Links Work

  1. Creating Custom Links:
    • Navigate to any page within Trak.
    • Apply filters or settings that meet your specific needs (e.g., filter invoices by overdue status).
    • Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.

      Setting Up Custom Links:

    • Go to your profile name > Custom Links in Trak.
    • Create a new link and paste the copied URL.
    • Give the link a descriptive name, like "Overdue Invoices," to quickly identify its purpose.

      Managing Visibility:

    • Choose whether to share this link across your entire team or restrict it to specific user groups, such as administrators only.
